By hiring or using Vortex Studios' web design and development services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access our services.
We are committed to delivering functional and customized websites according to the specific requirements proposed and mutually approved during the planning stage. The service includes development, design, and when stipulated, hosting for a predetermined period.
Unless otherwise specified in the commercial proposal, the project will be divided into two payments: a non-refundable 50% deposit at the start to secure the workspace, and the remaining 50% at the end of development, prior to delivery or publication of the site on the official domain.
Upon completion of the project and full payment, ownership of the base source code, domains registered in your name, and website content becomes your exclusive property. Vortex Studios reserves the right to use screenshots, links, and descriptions of the work for its own portfolio and promotional use.
Our projects include a training session for content self-management without technical knowledge and a brief post-launch support period. Any large-scale technical requirement, structural modifications, or support beyond the initial period will be subject to additional quotes and budgets.
Vortex Studios will not be liable for loss of business profits or indirect damages resulting from the use or technical inability to use part or all of the third-party hosting network, external interruptions, cyberattacks, or failures outside our absolute control as a development agency.
